JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for assisting administration with secretarial functions, general support and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Properly directs mail and phone messages and performs general clerical functions. Interacts with all employees, residents, family members, and the public in a professional and caring manner. Schedules meetings and other events. Tracks and orders needed supplies. Records and maintains records of meetings/transactions. Completes special projects as assigned.

Basic Responsibilities:
This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, facility policies and procedures pertaining to his or her position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under North Star Manor’s compliance program.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience: Completion of an office management class is preferred.

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Skills/Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills; experience with word and excel, computer skills are required.

Knowledge: Problem solving and professionalism are required.
