Job Summary
This position is responsible for processes payroll for all employees, assisting with clerical functions, general support and customer service. HR clerical functions such as reference checks, employee check-ins, filing/scanning, coordinate onboarding and general orientation etc. Completes special projects as assigned. Properly directs mail and phone messages and performs general clerical functions. Interacts with all employees, residents, family members and the public in a professional and caring manner. Schedules meetings and other events. Tracks and orders needed supplies. Records and maintains records. HR clerical functions such as reference checks, employee check-ins, filing/scanning, coordinate onboarding and general orientation etc. Completes special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Completion of an office management class is preferred or two years previous payroll experience.
Must have excellent communication skills; computer skills are required.
Problem solving and professionalism are required.
