We’re looking for a full-time RN who brings strong clinical judgment, steady leadership, and a commitment to quality care in a small-town, community-minded setting.
Currently, the position is 24 hours/week at the assisted living facility. These hours may increase or decrease with tenant census. The RN is scheduled an additional 8 hours/week at the nursing home, helping to support the nursing staff providing care to those residents, making this a full-time, benefit eligible position.
Wages are commensurate with experience. The range is $37 – $45 / hour.
What You’ll Do:
• Complete and update resident assessments
• Develop and manage care plans
• Support and oversee unlicensed staff
• Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are accurate and timely
• Partner with families, physicians, and the care team
• Participate in audits, QAPI, and quality improvement
• Assist with on-call and weekend rotation
• Provide care and support in both Assisted Living and the Nursing Home
What We’re Looking For:
• Current MN RN license & CPR
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus
